WMB TV – Episode 34 – Premiership Tips

Saturday 15th April

Tottenham v Bournemouth

Palace v Leicester

  • Tom – “This is counter attack v counter attack so I reckon they’ll be goals. Palace just need one more win and they’ll be safe, so they’ll be going for it at home.” – Both Teams to Score – Yes
  • Olly – “Both teams scoring goals at the moment. This should be a given.” – Both Teams to Score – Yes
  • Will – “Leicester have failed to win 16 of their last 17 away matches Crystal Palace have won 5 of their last 6 incl 3-0 v arsenal.” – Match Outcome – Crystal Palace

Everton v Burnley

  • Tom – “He’s a man on fire, and if Everton score it is usually him. Burnley are awful away from home too, so they’ll definitely concede.” – Wincast – Romelu Lukaku to score and Everton to win
  • Olly – “Burnley have failed to win their last 16 away matches. Everton have won their last 7 home matches. Everton have been winning at both half time and full time in their last 6 home matches. Stats are saying Everton will SMASH them. Goals in both halves is very likely.” – To Score in Both Halves – Everton
  • Will – “Everton have been winning at both half time and full time in their last 6 home matches Scored at least 3 goals in most of those. Burnley have failed to win their last 16 away matches Could be 3 or 4 – 0” – Wincast – Romelu Lukaku to score and Everton to win

Stoke v Hull

  • Tom – “Hull are awful awful, Stoke are decent at home. Although Stoke have 0 to play for, I still think they’ll be too strong for Hull who are blunt.” – Match Outcome – Stoke City
  • Olly – “Hull have lost 13 of their last 14 away Premier League games. Stoke have lost their last 4 matches. Draw written all over this one…” – Match Outcome – Draw
  • Will – “Hernandez and Walters. 1-1. Hard to call this.” – Both Teams to Score – Yes

Sunderland v West Ham

  • Tom – “Sunderland are dross. They haven’t score in bloody ages, so I can’t see them out scoring West Ham. West Ham need one win to be safe and I think they’ll get it here.” – Match Outcome – West Ham United
  • Olly – “Sunderland haven’t scored in 10 of their last 11 matches and their main man Defoe hasn’t scored a league goal in over 2 months. Struggers. They are good as down. West Ham should win this, playing it safe and saying either half as it is still semi decent odds.” – To Win Either half – West Ham United
  • Will – “Noble banned. Antonio out for the rest of the season. Reid is injured and Obiang is out too. West Ham have lost their last 3 away matches Could be a chance for Sunderland to pick up points.” – Wincast – Jermain Defoe to score and Sunderland to win

Watford v Swansea

  • Tom – “Can’t see many goals in this. Swansea need a win desperately so I think this will be a cagey affair. Llorente is set to be back, so Swansea should be more of a threat than the last few weeks!” – Total Goals – Over/Under 2.5 – Under
  • Olly – “Both teams have scored under 2.5 goals in their last 4 games. Should be low scoring…” – Total Goals – Over/Under 2.5 – Under
  • Will – “Swansea desperately need a win here. Five without a win and two points off relegation zone. Llorente is back from injury and should start. Will probably end 1-1.” – To score at any time – Fernando Llorente

Southampton v Man City

Sunday 16th April

West Brom v Liverpool

  • Tom – “I fancy this. Mane is back so Liverpool tend to win when he plays. West Brom are no mugs at home, but Liverpool have more to fight for.” – Liverpool To Win And Both Teams To Score
  • Olly – “Liverpool will struggle without Mane and West Brom will frustrate them. Think it will be a slow starter but Liverpool will nick it.” – Half-time/Full-time – Draw/Liverpool
  • Will – “West Brom are hard to beat. Liverpool have only won 1 game all season without Mane. Also recent form has been WDWDW. Owed a draw.” – Draw And Both Teams To Score

United v Chelsea

  • Tom – “This has the makings of a close game. Mourinho will not want to lose, and when that is the case he shuts up shop. 1-0 either way, or 1-1.
    ” – Total Goals – Over/Under 2.5 – Under
  • Olly – “Jose needs to get revenge for the FA result AND the 4-0 humiliation earlier in the season. In addition to that, he would love to throw a spanner in the works for the title race. AND united need to keep the pressure on for top 4. Think United will pull out a result here. Either half to be safe.” – To Win Either half – Manchester United
  • Will – “Huge game. If Chelsea lose and Tottenham win then the gap is 4 points. Think Chelsea have done enough though. Tottenham still have Arsenal and Utd to play.” – Total Goals – Over/Under 2.5 – Under

Monday 17th April

Arsenal - win

Middlesbrough v Arsenal

  • Tom – “Arsenal are horrendous at the moment, it honestly would not surprise me if Boro won at least one half. Massive odds for this too.” – To Win Either half – Middlesbrough
  • Will – “Surely Arsenal win?? Arsenal have only won 2 games in the last 8 in the league. Not to mention the battering in Champs League. Would be a disaster if they lost again.” – Half-time/Full-time – Arsenal/Arsenal

  • Tom – “Simple four fold this. Lukaku is a scoring machine and if Everton score it’ll be him. BTTS in 2 games that look full of goals, and Hull are awful away.” – 4 Fold Accumulator – £10 would return £104.81 v❌
  • Olly – “Last couple weeks I’ve been SO SO CLOSE in bringing one of these badboys home. This is a safer one, confident it will be the week it comes in. GET ON IT.” – 7 Fold Accumulator – £10 would return £712.06
  • Will – “Everton have been winning at both half time and full time in their last 6 home matches Scored at least 3 goals in most of those. Swansea desperately need a win and Llorente is their main man. There’s goals in City v Saints. Liverpool always concede and normally score too.” – 4 Fold Accumulator – £10 would return £231.03
